The work aims to analyze the conditions and standards for the continuousness of the“halo”of AI art design and conclude that AI art design has a continwous "halo" based on the discussion on the legal identity of AI artists and the standards of art design works. Speifcally, AI acquired legal social identity through being a“subject of production" in the form of machines, and further became a new "subject" of cultural itelligent production.
