Based on the social background of the public health crisis, the problem-oriented analysis on the systematic solutions to the design established under the influence of various social factors is carried out. Based on the theoretical method and case analysis of service design, smart medical design, medical information visual design and collaborative community design are studied to explain the response path to the public health crisis caused by COVID-19. As a methodology of value creation and meaning construction, design should be fully involved in the exploration of social innovation to promote the rational and effective circulation of resources.Design thinking and organizational logic are used to establish an orderly system by focusing on the individual's physical and emotional needs and promoting the sustainable operation and development of the society.
