    摘要:

    拟探索城市老旧工业住宅街区的现存整改模式中面临的被动的“拆”、消极的“弃”、乱象的“替”等需批评警示的设计困境及全新的艺术文创活化整改设计手段。通过重庆特殊钢铁集团住宅区石井坡街区的彩绘文创升级改造这一推动从环境到制度的更新复兴个案,说明自上而下的政府组织更新模式,可以活化街区更新因子,塑造老工业大住宅自身独特的时空环境特色。通过艺术文创活化改造,解决城市文化断层、街区品质低劣、居住环境保护主体观念缺失等问题,使特色景观街区具有全新的价值,能够充分利用社区文化资源,满足居民的居住需求,激发居民积极参与建设维护的文化价值。

    Abstract:

    The work aims to explore the design dilemma required to be critcized in the present retficationo model of old urban industrial residential blocks, such as passive ' demolition'”, negative‘'disposal", and unordered‘"replacement" and the new rectifcation design of artistic cultural activating approach. Through the upgrading of painting and cultural creation in Shjingpo block, a residential arca of Chongqing Special Steel Group Co, Ltd, the renewal and revival from eavironment to system has been promoted, showing that the top- down govemment organization renewal model can activate the block renewal factor and shape the unique time and space environment characteristics of old industrial large residential buildigs. The rctification of artistic cultural activating approach can solve a series of dilemma, such a wrban culture fracture, low quality blocks, loss of subjecivity in residential environment protection, so as to bring a new value of urban landscape block and make a good use of cultural resource to satisfy the residential demand of the residents and stimulate them to actively participate in the construction and maintenance of culural values.
