Abstract:The work aims to explore the design method of paper toys for 3-6 years old children in view of the lack of multiple functions in paper toys. Considering the particularity of the users of children's paper toys, the actual needs of parents and children are determined according to the current situation of the paper toy market and various user interviews. Secondly, AHP is used to establish the overall user hierarchy need model to score the weight of the need, and the weight is put into QFD and converted to design needs. Meanwhile, the specific weight ratio of design needs is obtained, and the main design contradictions are determined. Finally, combined with TRIZ, the invention principle to solve the paper toy design contradictions is determined, and the optimal invention principle is selected to solve the problem and verify the feasibility of the method. Through the integrated AHP-QFD-TRIZ theory, the design points and contradictions of children's paper toys are found, and the targeted design practice is carried out. Through this method, the needs and contradictions in the design are found, which improves the scientificity and effectiveness of the design of children's paper toys.
