Abstract:In recent years, as the global trend of economic and cultural integration strengthens, the combination of local culture and the creative industry has become increasingly crucial. This study aims to delve deeply into the value of cultural creativity as a path for sustainable local development, so as to further clarify its pivotal role in local revitalization. This paper adopts an interdisciplinary research approach and integrates views and methods from cultural economics, local development theory, and innovation theory. A comprehensive exploration of the close relationship between cultural creativity and local revitalization is conducted by thoroughly reviewing a large body of literature and combining theoretical analysis. Additionally, the real challenges and opportunities in the context of globalization are taken into consideration. From the perspective of system design, a new creative ecosystem centered on "IP" is constructed. It is hoped that this "neo-cultural creativity" will serve as a practice for local cultural revitalization from items to systems. At a higher level of cultural governance, it might act as a potential sustainable development path for the local. This provides valuable theoretical reference and practical guidance for better understanding the role of cultural creativity in local revitalization and maximizing its potential.
