Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor experience and serious homogenization of the existing education tourism in industrial museums, the work aims to explore the application path of KJ method and fuzzy KANO model in the education tourism in industrial museums, and thus put forward the education tourism strategy and practice path for the WISCOM museum, providing a reference for the iterative upgrade of the education tourism mode of industrial museums. Based on the literature review, the trend of education tourism in museums in recent years is analyzed, the user's demand for education tourism in industrial museums is qualitatively dispersed and converged through the KJ method, and the fuzzy KANO model is intervened to calculate the weight of each demand. Then, the demand is quantified, sorted and filtered to provide data and theoretical support for the design of education tourism strategy for industrial museums, and the program is ultimately evaluated through the Likert Scale. Through the design practice, taking WISCO as a practical scene, the experience design of education tourism is carried out to the scene based on the conclusion of the fuzzy KANO model data, in order to verify the important value of user' demand for the development of research strategy, and provide ideas and support for the innovation of the education tourism strategy in the scene of the industrial museum.
