Abstract:As widely used and accepted visual symbols of Chinese civilization, traditional patterns possess rich cultural connotations and aesthetic value. They are not only witnesses to historical contexts but also key mediums and carriers of national identity. Advances in digital technology offer new forms of expression and dissemination pathways for these traditional patterns. Through digital technology, the content of traditional patterns can be input, stored, processed, and extracted. Moreover, they can also be reinterpreted through dynamic interactions, virtual scenes, and intelligent generation. This paper explores the presentation methods and innovative pathways for traditional patterns empowered by digital technology. By leveraging digital tools and techniques, traditional patterns can be integrated into modern aesthetics and innovative design thinking with their core cultural significance retained. This integration creates new visual languages and cultural symbols, endowing them with new cultural connotations and vitality, and showcasing their unique ethnic aesthetic value and significance in diverse ways.
