Abstract:The work aims to construct the service system of complex community nursery and realize the information interconnection and collaborative support to solve the practical problems of uneven distribution of service elements, significant differences in service quality, and incomplete service processes in modern community nursery. Through on-site research and user interviews, the interaction relationship between the main user and other users is clarified. A service scenario is constructed based on the integration of spatial functional service requirements, and the specific process information in the service scenario is analyzed systematically to draw a user behavior journey map. The service contact points in the user behavior process are mined and extracted, the main influencing factors of the contact points are extracted through factor analysis, and the specific service projects of the complex community nursery are summarized. The prototype construction of the spatial service system of the complex community nursery is completed, and the corresponding relationship between the service system and the physical space is clarified, which provides a basis for the later construction of the service blueprint of complex community nursery, the evaluation of space design elements and the spatial model design of nursery.
